Recipe:

- 45ml spiced rum

- 7.5ml falernum

- 7.5ml fresh lemon juice

- 7.5ml fresh lime juice

- 7.5ml passion fruit syrup

- 7.5ml grenadine

- 1 dash Peychaud's bitters

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish.

Once again, I had found the perfect drink to use the fantastic Liber & Co syrups, and in a double pack at that. To go with it, I added the ultra-spicy 5-spice Gosling's rum based on Morgenthaler's recipe.

A very nice drink, typical Tiki, it fits neatly into the usual patterns of the category and is perfectly balanced. Whether Peychaud's Bitters still come through at all, or whether it would have been better to use Tiki Bitters or more Peychaud's to really bring out the flavor, is a decision you can make yourself.
